I want to thank you so much for the Featherland folding cages!
Finally, an affordable, beautiful, functional and extremely well-crafted cage!
As you may be aware, I have had cages from six of the top cage manufacturers
and, in my opinion, none of those cages hold a candle to your cages. Everything
you have done with these cages has been carefully thought out, from the ease of
set-up (minutes), to the perfect sizing per species of bird, to the uniform bar
spacing, all the way down to the bottom support (which is high enough to vacuum
under so that you don't have to move the cages to clean around them). There are
absolutely NO rough edges to cut or scratch yourself on-something that your
competitors don't seem to find important. And now I understand that you will be
offering the option of outside feeders-which I will definitely be interested
in. Over the years, I have gone through many cages (seriously, tens of
thousands of dollars worth) in my search for the perfect cage. Well, I can
honestly say that I have finally found it in your stainless steel Featherland
folding cage! A cage that is not only good for the birds, but for the
caretakers as well. Please keep up the good work Terry and know that you now
have in me, a customer for life.

I spoke with you a couple weeks ago when I ordered our
1827 stainless steel cage which we love. It was easy to put
together (I did it all by myself and I am a total klutz when it comes to
putting together or fixing things) so I was very pleased with that. Out
parakeets love it too. I let them use one of the four side feeding doors
as a side entrance and they like that alot! Boko and Kiwi fly out the
front and in the side or perch on it.

Dear Terry,
I had to write you about my new
Featherland 32x48 stainless cage; it far exceeded my
expectations! To
call it a cage is a misnomer; a parrot palace would be a more
accurate description.
I have had birds for over 20 years and this is the most
elegant, practical, creative, and structurally sound cage I
have ever seen at any price, not to mention the superior
craftsmanship.
The domed top, arched door, and
corner trim give the cage a classic look. The high-grade
stainless steel gleams (unlike that used by other vendors
which attracts water spots and fingerprints like a
magnet). This is
truly a cage designed by someone who understands birds and
what their owners need to do to take care of them. Attention to detail is
evident throughout, like: (a) the 4 outside
feeder doors, vice the usual 2-3, (b) dual grills and pans to
facilitate mobility and make cleaning a snap, (c) the 4 inch
panel between the grill and pan to stymie even the best escape
artist, (d) real locking casters, and (e) the fact that the
tray is fully supported compared to the usual 4 solder
joints.
Ingenious is the only word to
describe the mechanical engineering that went into the cage
design. Assembly
is virtually instantaneous due to the folding/locking
mechanisms and all without any tools. Four bars run the
entire length of the cage top so there are a multitude of
places to hang toys and swings, not the usual
1-2.
Your company also sets the standard
in customer service.
All my queries were answered immediately with
consistent polite, professional, responsive, top-notch
service. Your
staff is knowledgeable about the cage inside and out, since
you designed it.
The delivery service is also
unsurpassed.
In summary, the only way to
describe this cage is amazing? This is truly a cage
for birds (and their owners) who deserve only the
best!

Just wanted to let you know that we received our cage on Friday,
June 23rd!! Everything was in perfect condition. We are impressed with the
quality of materials and craftsmanship! We put it together outside to be sure
nothing was missing, then unassembled and reassembled in the room in which it
was going!! It is so easy to move around and maneuver tight spaces.
But, most importantly . . . . Norton (our Blue and Gold macaw)
loves it. It was his tenth birthday present. He now has his own room with a
door! He can get better rest and sleep than before. After the cage was together
in his new room and all ready for him, we put him in it. He turned around
slowly, looking around, and his eyes pin-pointed and his feathers fluffed up
around his head, and he gave us a "kissy sound" !!! It was like he was saying,
"Wow, is this for me??? Thank you!"
Thank featherland for offering a wonderful product that is
excellently designed and built . . . . we hope to have this cage for many years
to come no matter where we reside!!! Trying to accommodate "the bird" is no
longer an issue!!!

I
recently upgraded my Severe Macaw's cage from an Avian Adventures Mediana to a
2842 Folding Villa Featherland stainless steel cage, and I must say, it is
GORGEOUS! The set-up was fast and easy. I love that it folds flat. I was
able to wheel it into the room effortlessly and set up was a snap. I love the
shiny finish--it looks classy and elegant. My baby Diego really loves the
extra room, and when my baby's happy, I'm ecstatic!
I
am really, really pleased with your cage. It is truly an amazing piece of
craftsmanship. When I first placed Diego inside his new Featherland
cage, he immediately started flapping his wings happily -- now easier to do
with all the extra space he has. Then he went exploring---upside down and all
around. I could tell he loved it.
One
thing that truly stands out for me is the safety features, namely, the fact
that the cage door stops short of swinging open all the way back against the
cage. Diego's old Avian Adventures Mediana cage has a door that can
swing all the way backward and slam against the cage which is pretty
dangerous as Diego loved to perch on top of the cage door and manipulate it
open and shut by grabbing hold of the cage bars with his beak. I was always
afraid he would injure himself. With your cage, that fear is gone, and I can
rest easy knowing he is safe.
I
will be acquiring an SI Eclectus soon, and she will surely have another one of
your stainless steel masterpieces for a home.

I can't find the words to tell you how impressed I am by
the Stainless Steel Folding Cages. Putting them together took
about a half hour each (in part because I didn't notice the
instructions until I was done) and was so easy I kept calling
friends to tel them about it each step of the way. Oh, yeah,
and they're beautiful. I'll take photos and send them to you.
If I hadn't just gotten a monumental property tax bill, I'd
be ordering the largest one for my Cockatoo.
AND, I like these cages SO much, people keep accusing me
of being PAID to say so! Ha!
(I just can't understand why these aren't the most popular
bird items in the world)
